I'd like to build the S55 shortblock

As the title states, I'm looking to build only the short block on the car piston & rods. I live on Long Island, but not sure what shop would be trust worthy to do the work that's close to NY. So hopefully you guys may have a few recommendations or even prebuilt motors would be fine as well.

As far as shop recommendations, I would say it is worth checking out BimmerClinic/MaximumPSI in NJ. I'm having them work on my car - still under knife as we wait for parts but my experience with Mike has been great so far. I will keep you posted but tons of F8x in their shop and they have a couple of nice shop cars.

Ive gotta S55 core engine for sale. It's taken apart and ready for a build. If you need a core for a good price.
