Analog clock display on Carplay

Hello Everyone, I wanted to find out how to get the analog clock display on CarPlay? I see the map and CarPlay taking half the screen while teh other half just says CarPlay, any way to add the analog clock, I saw a few people online have this enabled in the cars.
