Hit some road debris this morning, slight damage....thoughts?

Driving to work this morning, something popped up from under the car in front of me and hit the front of the car. I couldn't tell what it hit until I was parking and one of the front sensors was going off.

The sensor is replaceable (hopefully without the bumper coming off?) but what do you think about the gouge? That's into the plastic. Is there any way to have that repaired/touched up? I don't care about it looking perfect again but at least smoothed over and touched up/cleared?

I've had this car 2 months and I've already had a flat and now this

Edit: After thinking about it, the parking sensor is probably still there and attached to the cable. When reversing, it kept intermittently telling my I was close to hitting something, so it's more than likely sitting inside the bumper somewhere.

Easy to do it yourself.
Take the bumper off and put the sensor back in.

For the bumper issue - smooth it out and use touch up paint. Won’t be perfect but won’t be bad at all.

I filled my license plate screw holes like that and unless you’re two feet away you won’t notice anything

I wish I had the means to take the bumper off but at the moment, all of my tools/jack/etc are stored since I'm not able to use them where I currently live. At lunch today I'm going to run by a body shop I've used in the past for my 340 and see what they would charge to fix everything.

The annoying thing is I'm supposed to drive to Dallas in the morning to visit some family.....but I'd like to get the parking sensor fixed before then somehow. Life comes at you fast sometimes I guess

I would try to forego removing the bumper, but instead push the lower bumper grilles along the edges to get the mounting tabs out of the holes on the bumper, and hopefully have room to put your hand in behind the bumper, fish out the sensor, and get it popped back in place.

I found a few other areas that took a hit from whatever bounced off the front of the car, so I just decided to have it fixed properly. Took it to the shop Thursday at lunch and they're going to pull the bumper off and fix/re-spray the whole thing (replacing the sensor, as well as the roundel and reflectors since they'll remove them to paint it). Quoted me at $1200 for everything with a 2 day turnaround.

I can live with that since the other rock chips on the bumper annoyed me anyways. I'm just glad it didn't catch the carbon splitter or my headlight....that would've sucked haha
