Tire wining/humming noise

Not sure if i am posting in the right section, but here is the story.

So I bought my car just over 3months ago and put around 6k on the car.

The next day I bought the car, I switched to winters 19vmr's on 255/35/19 bridgestone blizzak lm32 all around. I didnt notice any noise from the tires.

A month ago I switched to my stocks which were on conti's and had itdropped with emmanuel design springs. And after awhile i cought the sound and noticed my tire on the front driver side humming like crazy. Its like the sound where you run over bridges and hear humming and whining noises from the tires. This sound changes on different kind of pavement. Worse on highways and higher speeds.

And a few days ago, assuming it was the tires I put on a set of volk g25 with michelin pilot sport A/S 3's hoping it will go away, but its still there.

Previously I have had 2 alignments done, checked the bearings, suspension, and others that might have cause this noise.

I am not running any spacers, nor have any adjustments on the wheels other than the springs. Which I confirmed it wasnt the springs. Maybe thought it was the camber difference from the drop but it wasnt that either. Ive ran out of options and dealers seem to not able to catch it.

My last option is to spend another 2k on a set of mpss...not knowing if that will fix this problem..

I was hoping if you guys could help me out, or if anyone was experiencing the same problem.

I am in Canada and drive down to the states quite often, and drivingg on the highway is reallllllly loud and annoying as $h!t.

Help me~~~ thanks and much appreciated in advance.

Here is a sound link, was hard to capture the sound with a iphone mic, but you listen close its definetly there

Sounds like tire noise...
Have you ever had a car with 19s and performance tires? In my opinion (in my car anyway) I'm surprised at how noisy its not.

And btw how the hell can anyone hear rattles or squeaks in this thing? Are you people driving with the radio off? Between the tire noise, exhaust and the radio blasting I cant hear squat!!!

It’s a street car souped up to feel like a race car. Tire humming noise at speed is normal on certain types of road surfaces. I don’t mind it one bit. Makes me feel aliiiiiive on these mundane congested tired metro roads.

I've sometimes noticed the same sound in mine (763m, psc2). It hasn't really bothered me ever, but it is definitely noticeable. I believe it only occurs over certain road surfaces.

Maybe play around with your tire pressures as well. I've read that that can have an effect on tire noise.

Digging up this old thread. Stock F80 2017 with Tires Sport 4S. Weird humming sound around 65mph and higher. I think its tire noise but I never found these tires to be noisy on my modified 335i with harder subframe bushings, and KW V3s. This a normal sound? Car is at dealer right now and I told them to check it out.

Yes, it was a bad wheel bearing replaced under warranty. Sound is gone.
