Recaro pole position seat needs to be raised

Dear friends,
I’ve recaro pole position seats installed on my M4. The problem is however my height. Iam 5.7 and i feel that Iam sitting so low that my eyes are parallely pointed to the speedometer and not the road . I need your suggestions and source regarding taller side mounts or floor mounts. It is driving me crazy.

I have GTS seats in my M4, it's the same design. I'm 5,9". I have actually lowered my seat but can' you put some padding under the seat area or isn't it removable like on mine? I guess you have height adjustable seatmounts?
