Head unit with apply CarPlay?

Hi guys I picked up a 15 m4 f82 , the only thing I miss from my 18 accord is apply CarPlay . I'm thinking about buying a retro fit box from aliexpress or amazon. (Bimmertech knock offs ), then I found this. Has anyone used this head unit?
