can i get link to most recent files for f10/550i and f83/m4?. i purchased a usb obd2 cable from amazon - but it looks like from the above i may need an ethernet cable (please advise). my laptop does not have ethernet - so would need usb to ethernet adapter. thank you in advance for your help!!.

PM sent. ENET Cable is OBDII x Ethernet, not USB. USB x Ethernet Adapter is fine to use,.

Question... I just made a DIY video for coding the anti-dazzle to help people condense the pages and pages of information. In the video I made the statement that this could be done for the LED Adaptive Lights as well as the Xenon Adaptive Headlights because I read that during my research. I show how to do it for the LED, but now I'm being asked how to do the Xenon since there are no LHM[43] or LHM[44] modules. Anyone happen to know?

PSdZ API Module Failed...error...tokenmaster\e-sys launcher...cant find
dependent libraries.

any ideas to fix appreciated.

Shawn - thanks again for your help. yesterday got e-sys running and connected to car (f83). tried again today after doing some reading on how to use the tool (i don't want to screw things up - so proceeding cautiously). Now i think i have an issue with the token from launcher. i have attempted to attach the message. hopefully you can rescue me..

Try lower memory setting in Launcher.

I have been coding a few things on 2015 f83. Question - are the cheat codes for f30 same for f8x? (I did not see a cheat code sheet for f8x in the downloads.

I have been running e-Sys on a surface pro and connecting through a usb-enet adapter. Works great. Only problem is that the screen is somewhat small with high resolution and some of the fonts eg vo list are not legible. I tried reducing the screen resolution which helped but vo list is still very difficult to read. Is there a workaround on this?

Next I will move to 2012 f10. Looks like there is a great cheat sheet on this. Question- I recall something about not being able to switch cars on the tool for a few days after use. Can you comment.

Hey Shawn! Where's the best place to get ISTA+ these days? Do you have that as well? (I know you're the man for eSys) Really I just need ISTA/D I guess since I use eSys for the coding part.

I actually already have version 4.12.12 installed on my laptop, but I'm trying to help a buddy get it installed for himself and I did this 2 years ago and don't remember what I did haha.

Coding and associate Cheat Codes are ECU specific, not Chassis specific. Tp the extent cars have same ECU, the coding is same.

For Resolution issue, right-click -->properties on java.exe and javaw.exe; in the "Compatibility" tab, and tick "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: System"

Car Switching limitation is old Launcher PREMIUM Tool, not Launcher PRO.

OK, thanks. So after setting up the software, to do my Euro MDM coding I'd want to:

1. connect to the car using the "...VehicleInfo=F010" (non-direct) Target & Connection Via VIN

2. Click Read (and, to be safe, save a backup?)

3. Click Read SVT

4. Select the CAFD under DSC and select "Read coding data"

5. Right-click the new CAFD file under said CAFD and select "Edit FDL"

6. Update the 7 entries listed here

7. Click "Save", hit green back arrow, right-click FA, and select "Activate FA"

8. Re-select the same CAFD file I did the updates in and select "CODE FDL"

9. Wait for that to be Done, then disconnect and I'm done?
