Auto. I'm just disappointed they didn't put the dual clutch in this like my car. And it still has the vinyl leatherette seats. The one that looks like the best deal has bubbles or something on the touchscreen. I wonder how easy that is to fix. I figure if it was really easy, the dealership would've done it already. Apparently this is a common problem in these cars.

This car sounds like a hard pass. I haven’t heard of the bubbled screen ever, weird. I’m guessing there are threads here that say how to replace them, my gut says it isn’t that easy though.

The ZF8 is great if not a little boring. But, the N55/ZF8 combo is really nice and smooth. I’m not surprised they didn’t put a DCT in the M240. They want you to step up to the full M and I’m guessing the cost of the M240 would risers much as well.

In my defense, I so trashed the clutch in my Merkur that the dealership tech thought it was the worst he had ever seen. I love a manual, but my wife has to be able to drive it.

After coming third on the family monopoly matches repeatedly for the last week even after rewriting all the rules (2 pages of new rules with penalties), I'm going to sell the kids.

Also my husband is an idiot and our second oldest is the worst winner I've ever seen. Hey how has corona effected your finances? I'm doing my summary for 2020 and this year has been ... weird.

Our electric bill is up 25%. Our water bill up 30%. Our grocery bill is down by 23%. I think the biggest change has been the time spent cooking. Home schooling has meant the kids have needed more shit to do so I've taught them more time consuming meals with tons of vegetables.

I'm sure you all are as interested in this topic as the hubby is. The poor man saw me with my trusted calculator last night and ran away. He really hates my endless budget talks.

Edit. Done with the books and it is even worse than I thought.

2021 goals: buy a car. Any car. Start spending money. Buy a few flats (will not count as spending, I fucking need to learn not to be so cheap). Have a holiday. Go for a drive.

WAY more on groceries, and water - we have RO water delivered (we used to get it at WF and we have an RO maker but PITA so now it's delivered) ...

Bought exercise equip ...

bought lots of various things to ensure internet and power ...

electricity up, though this is mostly due to using more A/C and air purifiers due to the fires ...

Spending a lot more on cakes and pies ...

Goal for 2021 is also to buy a car! given the vaccine, we're kicking around the idea of just moving to europe so maybe do an ED and then keep it for the 9 mo max or something ...

Most of our utilities stayed the same really. Although we have the advantage of not having to worry about our electricity bill as we have solar panels. We hardly pay anything for each month.
