Have you looked at the market? A quick search on BMW's inventory:
https://cpo.bmwusa.com/certified/201...717?zip=19426# 2015, CPO, w/ 15k miles and exec pkg for $51k, and I'm sure they'll move some on that. https://cpo.bmwusa.com/used/2016-BMW...1614?zip=19426 2016, not sure if CPO, 20k miles, comp pack, $50k https://cpo.bmwusa.com/used/2016-BMW...688?zip=19426# 2016, CPO, 23k miles, drivers/exec/lighting pkg, adaptive M suspension, $52.5k This is just a few but I'm sure there are more. |

But yes i did look at the market. i see them from 42-50k. this is a non cpo car. 45k is a great bid i think. especially in middle of the winter before the snow even started then forget it...it will sit for 6 months. as far as options. On the executive package....ehhh...ok??? i guess. I Dont need the HUD. For me Executive package isnt a deal maker or breaker. I guess this all personal preference. The adaptive does seem like a must have though. It is anyones right to disagree. But i think its a central part of the car. Comp pack would def be nice though. This car has "some" of it. I definitely like the car. But they gotta move a bit. |

I'll just say that re: the exec package, I wouldn't personally get one without it. The HUD is such a nice feature on these. Just my $.02! |

Yup- I found that while some of the sites like cargurus and truecar are great resources and do a good job of aggregating vehicles, they do miss some. When I was shopping I was constantly looking at those two, autotrader, cars.com and BMW's own inventory site. I kept a spreadsheet going of potential vehicles to keep track of everything lol.

thinking I should get greedy and ask another question since you guys have been so kind
What do you all think of grey with black leather 2016 comp package with 20k miles for 49800. It’s actually linked above. There are literally no other options. Guy won’t budge on the price. Like at all Very sad to say it doesn’t have led. |

So look. I been negotiating with the dude all week. We came close to number. So I ask for detailed pics of what’s wrong with it. And it turns out there is a monster scratch above the rear wheel well. Scratch on trunk that gets the carbon fiber spoiler. One rim wheel rashed. And a monster stain in the passenger seat. How the heck does this all happen to such a nice car. It possibly could all be repaired but I wonder if this is a warning sign and I should stay away. Not to mention the amount of pet dander in back floor!!! I don’t know. This car is scaring me. Cars from city settings are different than what I am used to or need. I park my cars away from everything and baby them. |

Recommend reviewing car's service history and condition before starting price negotiations in the future.
