Loud and quiet is a very subjective opinion. It's a question I get a lot in terms of exhausts and I always have trouble relaying that to a customer. What I think is loud or quiet may not be the same for you.

Is it me or did it sound like a kazoo during the light revs. Maybe it was the sound bouncing off the walls of the garage

In a closed space is never good for revs or actual sound of a system.

Also once it's broken in, it will sound deeper too.

I have 2k miles on my system and it sounds amazing.

The setup above we have installed on a few F8x's with very good feedback, the exhaust design alone is a marvel!

Sorry for asking stupid question but why the stock mid pipe is blowing air to the other pipe while AA is doing the opposite?

After watching that video I might pull the trigger on the middle pipe I would even consider full system if it retained stock valve.

It's not a stupid question at all.

By combining the two separate exhaust flows in to a single pipe, we create a venturi effect on the opposite side each time the engine fires. So when one turbo creates an exhaust pulse, after passing through the Y-pipe it creates a vacuum effect that effectively sucks the pulse out of the other turbo. This happens repeatedly over and over as the engine runs.

The stock pipe does not mix the separate exhaust flow until very late in the system, and it also does not mix very smoothly.
