FS: MPE Exhaust and akrapovic diffuser

I am seriously considering parting my M3, and as part of it letting go the mpe exhaust and version 1 Akrapovic diffuser.
Not sure what to ask for the MPE exhaust as I will need a OEM stock M3 as part of this.
Looking for $800 for the diffuser but open to offers. Everything in great condition.
