My local dealer has three on the lot. Two of them are discounted $5100, and the third one is discounted over $9k. And that's the posted discount..my guess is they will go deeper upon request.

Why? Looks like they got the price wrong but the exec package is on the car, per the window sticker. I don't think by "included" they mean "free option" in this case.

the CS has no comfort access doors or such mechanisms.

It's still an automatic HVAC. It is however single zone and not dual zone which requires more ducting and heat exchangers, hence the weight savings. And it works refreshingly well. I did not use the dual zone system that much on my previous M4 and judging how many folks complain about the lack of a synch button, it seems not many do either.

Shoutouts to all the SoCal dealers that tried to fuck me over when I told them I wanted to buy a CS last year and they acted like they were too good to sell a car and tried to try to take advantage by charging markups.

In Switzerland they gave massive discount on CS. Price for a new one is the same I paid for my zcp 18 months ago!!
