My friend bought an M3 that's very similar to mine just a few weeks later!

Very good friend of mine who calls me for all things cars sent me a text. He wanted to know what I've been up too and had a question for me. I sent him a reply; "Doing well and I picked up an M3 about 3 weeks ago and sent a picture.

He calls me immediately; says he was calling to ask about a 2016 M3 he was looking to purchase.

Fast forward; he purchased the car on 12/31/18 and I'm taking him to pick up his M3 tomorrow.

The kicker...

I have Sapphire Black 6 speed
His car; Azurite Black 6 speed

Car looks BOSS!

I like the shimmer of dark blue at certain angles.

The original M3 I was supposed to get; I was told it was San Marino blue. It was Yas Marina. Found a Black Sapphire Metallic and purchased.

My past vehicles have been black, charcoal grey, dark forest green, so I've gotten used to the labor of keeping dark color cars clean.

It is the beige/cream color
