Who will be the first to put their CP on a dyno?

...wonder if it will put out a whole 19bhp more than standard?!!

I cant see anything on the 'net so far with regards a dyno'd CP M3/M4. Wonder what they are really putting out?

From what people have described who have driven both standard and CP, looks like there will be no surprises.

You won't be able to tell a difference Andy. 19bhp at top end counts for nought. Now take a trip in ACS M4 and the abundance of torque is hugely obvious within first 30 seconds.

BMW will have bench tested the engine so it'll put out what they say it does give or take a few hp.

Yes Guy, that's what I meant with my comment of no surprises! As no-one can really tell any different between standard and CP then it'll probably barely put out the 19bhp. Hardly worth it if you cant tell any difference!!!

Seems just a marketing exercise so the CP owners think they are getting a little something more!

Well it is a little more of course, just that its maybe imperceptible to us mortals. Plus something is taking off 0..1s on the 0-62 which again is measurable but not perceptive to us.

450hp sounds better than 431hp too

Not the best of marketing exercises by BMW, as if you spec up a new M4 comp pack on BMW UK the BHP is exactly the same as a non CP car.

They should have put water injection from the GTS in the comp pack and made the adaptive dampers optional IMHO
Would have paid $6000 for conp pack plus $1k for adaptives

Yes, one of the many cock ups on their website. I pointed it out, had a reply and they still not fixed it . they just pointed me to this page.
