Spark Plug Replacement Shop
Looking for recommendations for shops in the area that can change the spark plugs on my 2015 F80 M3 approaching 60k.
BMW Of Silver Spring quoted me $1333 with my CCA discount. Any help would be appreciated. |

I called around the DMV area for quotes on changing spark plugs for my M4, and Speed & Tech Motoring in Sterling, Va had the best price. Luc@Speed&Tech is active on the Mid-Atlantic forums. I would give them a call or shoot Luc a PM.

Not sure where in MD you're located OP but we can definitely get this done for you at a lot better price than the dealer. PM me if you'd like a quote.
Thanks, Luc

I did my own spark plugs. The hardest part was taking off the support brace to get to the back 2 spark plugs. I usually do my own oil changes and other bolt on mods so I would rate this job 2/5 on difficulty. It took me about 2 hours to finish because I took my time and didn't rush.

No where yet. But probably the dealership (BMW of Catonsville) since I have a BMW Card where I get points and have enough points to knock off about half of the cost. Plus dealership is going to give me $200 off for being a BMW CCA member. So $1350 - $200 - $500 -> $600

Bimmerwerks in beltsville or bmwexcluservice in rockville off park lawn dr. I did mine myself last weekend for the first time (ended up putting all the piping on too.) I’ll be doing it again this weekend to re gap the plugs for a new tune. It’s about 3-5 hours all in |
