WTB: 2018+ M4/M3 with ZCP and ZPX. Lease almost up? Let me buy it and save YOU money

Time to get back into a BMW. Looking for a 2018+ M4. Preferably in black but may entertain white or mineral grey if the price is right. No Sakhir Orange interior.

Must haves:
Comp
Exec
7DCT
less than 30k miles and would prefer less than 20k
Great shape and not abused

I would really like 508-park distance control, 415-sunshade, 5AG-Blind Spot Monitor, and 6CP-Carplay. I'm on the west coast but would travel for the right car.

If your lease is almost up, it might also be worth it for me to buy it if the residual is right so let me know.

Already pre-approved and ready to buy. Thanks for looking and let me know what you got. The most I can say is "no thanks".

Something else to consider. If you are coming up on the end of your lease, if the current payoff makes it worth it, I'll buy it. This should save YOU money by not having to pay the lease disposition fee of $350. You win because you don't have to give the car back to the dealer for $350 when I can buy it from you (well, BMWNA) and you get to walk away free and clear. I win because I don't have to pay a marked up dealer price for the same vehicle. Win-Win.

A private party purchase of a non-lease vehicle is still my first choice so I don't have to pay taxes on the purchase. In AZ you only pay tax on a retail purchase. A private party purchase will save me $4k-$5k in taxes. If I purchase a lease end vehicle I still need to pay taxes but at least I don't have to pay the dealers marked up retail prices.

Thanks all.

Edited the title to indicate that I'm also interested in an M3 in addition to the M4.
