Front rotors scratches? Or normal wear?

I noticed this deep scratch in circular form on my front rotor driver side. I don't really feel any vibration with braking. Is this normal wear and tear? It feels smooth with my finger rubbing on it but I can depress my nail slightly through that deep scratch. Is this the beginning of warped rotors?

That looks fine. You can sometimes get an inconsistency in the pad material or a small pebble stock between the pad and the rotor.

Yeah I think small stone must have gotten stuck leading to this scratch.
