I'm gonna enjoy my new CS for 3 years and decide when the time comes

Hard to give a general statement but I think it's gonna be really hard to convince a dealer to knock off over 20k. They would lose quite a bit of mine even with all the rebates BMW gives them.
I got 14% of for mine and was happy with it. Edit - I had 5250 in rebates on top of that

The dealers would have to be really really desperate. You're in optioned M3/4 territory at that price and they know they can charge a bit more especially since the M3 has the same residuals as the M3CS. I agree with the other poster. I got 14% before incentives and they wouldn't budge any more than that. Your region may vary of course!

What's the verdict on an M Performance School voucher for purchasing a CS? I recall discussion around this topic but cannot seem to find the thread. I've called BMWNA and BMWFS to inquire and can't get a straight answer.

CCA rebate is totally separate from any dealer negotiations.

You don't need to tell anything to the dealership about the CCA rebate, you do that all own your own after you get the vehicle

That's interesting. In Canada, the letter we receive from BMW Canada granting the BMW Club discount clearly states that the 2% discount on MSRP is "over and above" the negotiated price with the dealer.
