They should but they will be hella narrow all the way around.

Agree on narrow and they would be 14mm further inset for rear, 12mm in front. So visually not great.

Thanks. What would you recommend as a good set up?

I spoke to the rep and he recommends this:

19x8.5" ET35, 19x10" ET40, 5x120, 72.56mm

Thoughts?

I would do 9.5" front and 10.5" rear (or even 11"). That setup looks a lot better.

Offset may not clear the front suspension. You will need an 8MM spacer minimum.

ET35 will work for the rear, but 8.5 width wheel will be too narrow.

My recommendation would be a square set of Apex ARC-8 19x10 ET25 wheels along with 265/35/19 or 275/35/19 tires all around -- they're currently on sale, and can be had for a very good price.

Better is subjective to the kind of application you're looking for, as well as how much you're willing to spend.

Apex is known for their affordable flow-formed, light weight 1-piece wheels. Many people use them on the track and/or dual purpose (track + daily). They've been the go-to bang for your buck wheels for as long as they've existed.

On the other hand, BBS has been around for a very very long time. They know wheels, and they're very good at it. If you're looking for a multi-piece set with a fat lip, you'll most likely be considering either BBS or Work wheels. The only downside to BBS is the price tag. A decent set of BBS wheels will set you back quite a bit, and can easily net you 4 different sets of Apex wheels.

For winter they are fine, that way you can run a square set up. Buy some 15mm spacers to push them out so they don't look so recessed.

How about a square set up for 19x10 ET 40? Any concerns?

For the tires are there any difference between 255/35/19 vs 265/35/19? Would you prefer one over the other?

Same as what I mentioned above. ET40 will not clear the front struts. You want to be somewhere between ET22 to ET27-28 for the front wheels. No need to install spacers if you buy the correct wheel offset to begin with.

Ideal wheel width for the front is 9.5" or 10" with offset between ET22-28

For the rear, it's anywhere between 10" (up to ET25) or 11" (no less than ET40, ET44 recommended).

You can run a more aggressive setup if you don't mind dialing more negative camber and/or rolled fenders + shaved plastic liners. This is the way to go if you care more about form over function.

If You went with a 19x10 et40 square set up, what size spacer do you think you’d need to be running to run a flush look up front?

15mm - 20mm on the front depending on what suspension set up and tires you have.

Rear will also need a 12mm - 15mm spacer to sit flushed. Again, depends on what tires you run.

A squared 10 inch wide wheel ET40 is not a good size to start with on this car.
