Question Some question about Plus One and fitment

Hi, I am a newbie here and have some questions. I have a F82 M4 without CP, which has a set of 19 wheels and I want to change to a set of 20 wheels. I have ordered a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 107 wheels,
the front is 20X9.5 5X120 22C
the rear is 20X10.5 5X120 25D
And I also ordered a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires,
the front is P265/30R20 XL 94Y BSW
the rear is P285/30R20 XL 99Y BSW
And I didn't do any lowering.

So will these fit? Are there any problems with this set up? Does the offset need any spacer? And will the offset or spacer have any impact on performance or handling?

And do I need to do a tuning after I do the plus one? Or do I just need to change the speedo?

I know its a stupid to ask these questions after I ordered them, but I just find this helpful forum yesterday. And if there are some problems maybe I can contact to change the order. Thanks for all your helps!

you will be ok with the front, the rear might touch if you lower it, 25 offset is pushing it on the rear, it will sit nice and flush tho.
some guys use the stock rims with a 15mm spacer and they zero issues,
stock rim at 40 offset with 15mm spacer comes in at 25 but that is on the 19" wheels and a 275.

Thank you! Seems I would be fine if I don't go lower. And do I need to do anything other than adjusting the speedo after I change to this set up?
