Tire numbers confuse me. I think I ended up getting:
265/35
285/35

FI-R Specs:
F: 19 x 9.5 (ET22) / +13mm
R: 19 x 10.5 (ET35) / +11mm

Pretty nice offsets that allow me to run the wheels without spacers.

As for suspension, I kept it stock. I decided not to do any suspension mods on this DD to keep the comfortable ride and allow me to move with ease in and out of all carpark ramps.

Freakin amazing. These are the it wheel for this car. How's the clearance with the CCBs vs the stock 19s I have the CCBs and I don't want to run 20s

The exact reason I got them. I wanted to run 19s and clear CCB.
