Yes I drove from VA to NY to pick mine up and received a total of 4750 (lease credit/loyalty/usaa).

You don't even have to be a USAA member, only eligible to be one. You can call and request the certificate be emailed if you haven't become a member officially, but to be honest it's easier to just have a free checking or savings account because you can do everything online. Also it is only $250 for leases now. Not sure on CCA.

If the original lessee put down security deposits (MSDs) and you pay him/her the MSDs then that you would get back at the end of the lease assuming the car is in good condition and you have made all your payments etc etc

Re the last month, there is no need to pre pay it.

How many more months are left on the lease? What's the current mileage and how many miles you get?

There is 2500 miles on the car
32 months left
992 miles a month
33,000 miles left
He went down to $5000 upfront
The payments $579 month
Comes out to $735 a month $0 down basically
This is my first lease ever I had an M4 I bought with 40000 miles a year ago and sold I was In that car for a year for $6000 thought that was pretty good just not trying to get taken advantage of

I think this is very fair - actually great. Plenty of people here paying $1000/mo.

What are people getting for discounts on lot M3 ZCP 6spds? I easily got 10% off, but I'm pushing for 16% off. Is this doable? Really want my lease payment in the high 600's or low 700's with MA tax.

Going to be very tough to get in the 600-700 range with zero down IMO.

is that 10% off including incentives, or before incentives? I assume 16% includes incentives since i highly doubt you'll find that type of a discount before incentives on a non CS car.

That's quite aggressive. Not sure you'll be able to swing it; however, 16% with incentives is quite doable.

Unfortunately, I'm coming from an Audi RS3 so I can't get the loyalty incentive and the lease incentive is only $2500 in MA.

Look into dealer conquest programs like this:

https://www.bmwofminnetonka.com/conq...nce-offers.htm

There's not a lot of them for BMW in my region, but you might get lucky. There are also OL codes for Lunar New Year, or Ultimate Driver events. Also look into the USAA fleet discount program, and of course the BMWCCA Reward incentives.

I would guess so as they've moved to a quarterly model. That can change...but it's been the trend recently.

Hey guys, I'm closing the deal on a M3 CS today and totally forgot about the Corp Fleet discount. Does anyone know if it can be combined with other discounts, i.e. student? Also what do I need to bring them to prove membership?

TIA

Here's the link for USAA incentive. FYI, it's only $250 if you're leasing. As for Corporate Fleet, it isn't what it once was as the program has essentially been neutered. Inquire with your dealer.

BMW contracts to Refijet...rates are above 5% for 60 months. Way better to go with a credit union.

damn yo at 5% might as well buy it out in cash

i'll look into credit unions... car manufacturers got to do better than that. selling expensive ass cars and giving dirt ass credit rates.

Interest rates have been climbing for a while. Wont see anymore 0.9% financing.

2019 lease option

M4 convert

Msrp. 92 685
Best price. 88505 ( I think this where I should ask them to lower)

10k/36 with 57% residual

Rebate. 4500
Adjusted cap cost. 84941

This all adds to a $1266/month cost

Where do I push for a lower amount?
