I wish. That is not possible without purchase of FSC from BMW )I'm assuming it's around 3K.) It is not coding, it is a flash.

Ya, its expensive probably cheaper and more power to get a tune. But if you order it with FSC through BMW it attaches to the vehicle for the life of the vehicle & is cover by BMW. It will also remain in place with any dealer updates/flashes & recognized as a comp car.

Now offering GTS DCT Flash $200 configured to work with standard M3/4. The clamping power on this flash is amazing, no more jerky shifts. Shifts are much faster and smoother.

Ooh, I might have to check this out after I get back into town...

How is it in daily driving, and how long does the flash take?

Takes about 10-15min. Much better for daily, much smoother. No more hard kicks in between shifts

Since you said DCT GTS flashes would not be available for this platform, is this GTS-like software? So just custom increasing of the clamping force, or did you actually manage to port the GTS software onto regular M4s. If so, is the hardware the same, and will the regular DCT be able to handle the increased clamping force in the long run?

Thanks in advance!! Very interested in the GTS DCT coding!

It's a flash, not coding, configured it to work, works great.

Shout to Alex and his coding services. He remotely coded my M3 and my friends M4 last night without a hitch. Awesome service, efficient and well done!

The Euro Engine and ZCP EDC really rounded out the engine and suspension performance. I wouldn't say it made things stiffer, but more polished in terms of dampening. I can drive in Sport mode with less crashing over bumps and road cracks.

Euro Engine really opened up the engine - it feels like it's breathing easier and a notch grottier in terms of exhaust note.

Alex also offered a couple other coding options during the process that I had not thought of.

Cheers!

Is the Euro Engine including the Exhaust Overrun as well or is that something else completely? Alex@Alpine.

Also would flashing the GTS DCT get you into trouble with dealerships or would it matter at all?

It will update the engine & transmission to version v59. There is no reason to touch the ilevel. iLevel is only a forum of verification of software level.

The GTS DCT has faster shifting, more clamping power. Also the rev matching is really quick, almost looks like a video game.
