the 30lbs is an estimate.

Boxed size is 42lbs

I did not ask for a shipping weight. It won't be "boxed" when it's installed.

Once again, how does this 3 can AA axle back compare to the OEM(/"ZCP")

I was explaining the post about the 30 lbs saying it's an estimate that we have considering the boxed weight is 42 lbs.

Active has not released the weight of the exhaust yet

I already contacted active before i responded to the last post, they dont have an official weight for the product yet

I totally understand and in all honesty can't believe there is the "they don't have an official weight for the product yet" I mean shit...did they not build it?

I really can't believe the half ass'd design to market process these days. Things that are always important with exhausts and never change...cost, sound, weight.... before there are info released they should have those items covered.

Back on topic here, I will likely be one of the first to have the Mad Max exhaust installed once the exhaust is fabricated and shipped from Active Autowerke.

I hope to have everything installed around 2nd or 3rd week of November. My setup will be:

2018 M3 Competition
Stock Downpipes
Active Autowerke Non-Resonated Equal Length Midpipe
Active Autowerke Mad Max (3 can, valved) Exhaust
Stock ZCP Tune

Stay tuned and I'll try to post videos sometime late November or early December under various conditions.
