This might not help you much but had Vogtlands on my e46 M3 back in the day after trying H&Rs and eibachs and they felt pretty good.

Thanks, just wondered if they were any good as they cheap compare to MS, Eibach spring. Is 35mm to low?

Spax also make a lowering springs with 25mm drop. As this is my first M car not sure if I should give them a try instead of MS or Eibach. They priced at £142.

I've got H&R's fitted. The sports and not the super sport. Ride is fine and the drop is 35mm. Also running 15mm spacer's rear and 12mm front.

Any wheel rubbing, under car rubbing when going over speed bumps.

295/30's fitted. Had to remove the spacers for them to fit. They look really cool.Took the 15mm spacers off the rear and put them on the front. Stance looks really aggressive.

sounds good mate should put up some pictures. Spoken to a company that supply and fits the Spax springs and he advised me not to fit them as they just cheap springs (his words). As your on H&R's hand on heart are your happy with your choice?

H&R's 35mm Eibacth 12mm spacers all round fitted today (Saturday) car has been transformed. The 174mls drive home was brilliant car more direct and the ride is good, thought I might have gone to far with 35mm but very glad I went for these. Went over a few speed bumps in my area, no problems. Next test central london roads

Thanks for your info on them, even under heavy braking car front not diving all over the place.

Need to lower my M4 and did a quick search for Vogtland springs. They are very affordable and the site says they give a 1.4” drop. Just wanting to make sure you gents are talking about the same set up. Please see attached photo.

Thanks!

I had Vogtland springs on a Mustang a long time ago and really liked them. I was surprised to see them not really talked about on the F80 platform.

If and when I get an F8x, I might try these out. I had Vogtland Coilovers on my B5 S4 and I thought they were GREAT. I'm looking for a conservative drop. As of now, its between these, Swifts and the Euro Eibachs.

35mm front and rear is far from conservative. Probably the lowest I've seen available for this car.

My MS springs are great, but if I was to do it again, I would have gone with eibach v2 since the drop is still within MP HAS specs.

Update: ordered the springs and Fedex tracking says they are coming from Germany (at least I know they are not from China). Hope to get them installed this weekend and will report on initial impressions soon after.

The springs arrived via FedEx directly from Germany, so that was a first relief.
Got them installed and the 1.38-inch drop is definitely aggressive, but I like it. Ride is firm and sporty but not harsh at all. I don't know how much the adaptive suspension plays into this, especially in the Sport and Sport Plus settings.
I drove the car on the highway for about 40 miles and tried all three suspension settings. There is a much more noticeable difference between all three when compared to the stock springs, and the car felt much more planted and very stable.
So far so good and thumbs up for the Vogtland springs.
