Cost is £425 + your console (or donor from eBay) + shipping to the UK (one-way, I will pay for the return shipping costs).

It's custom made using OEM alcantara and not something you will find off-the-shelf

Paint and locked in with x2 coats of 2K lacquer.

Did it himself - it's where I got my inspiration from. One LED at a time! There's only one LED we cannot change - the green one in the wiper stalk. Everything else is changed.

How difficult is it to change these out?

Picked up silver painted headlight switch trim on Amazon for under $10, matches the OE silver trim around the rest of the interior. Strange omission from BMW.

It really depends on your competence with a hot air reflow station and soldering. If you’re comfortable with those, not too bad. Painstaking (there’s hundreds of SMD’s you’ll need to remove and replace) but doable for sure.
