The G8X is a disaster. 🤮

Eighteen months ago I crashed at Monza and totalled my ‘15 M3. Last week I ventured back onto a track again and took it easy. Confidence under braking was a big issue for me. The stock brakes were resonating pretty loudly and I knew they didn’t like it. I have a plan for that.

Glad to see you are back on the track being cautious! What are you plans for brakes?

I need to acquire a sensor setup that can record all four brake temperatures at once, but I have lots of time to tinker with it over the winter. |

I see you are getting a few laps out of ASE before they shut it down for ever. What times were you getting?

Best I got was just under 1m some weeks ago but most of the time track is busy and hard to get clean laps I'm using BS tires for practice (Indy 500 -325/30 R 285/30F in19") ~85% of the stock MPSS grip but last forever Next season I'll use proper tires but wanted to get a good feel for the car Also ever since I installed the ground control kit - springs and top plates, I have to relearn the car a bit I wanna break 1:50 at icar on these shitty tires and wanted to break 1m at ASE which I managed to do. (You may have to click on the picture on mobile to see all of it- using RaceChrono)
