Can someone check out an M4 at BMW Of Dallas for me?

Hi all.

I’m looking for someone with an F8x M3\M4 to check out a car for me. I will Venmo $100 to you if check the car out, regardless of whether I end up buying it or not.

How many miles does the car have? Did you request and reviewed the service history?

If you are very serious about this car, I recommend to ask someone to do an independent inspection by an Indy shop. Cursory inspection is unlikely to produce data points to give you sufficient confidence to purchase.

There are plenty of M4's in your area. Is there something in particular about this car that you have to have this particular one? Post up the ad, we can make several deductions from the ad alone.

Yes i'm serious about it.
72k on chassis and 22k on the engine because they replace the engine because of crank hub issue.

I checked many M4s but this one fits my budget and got a good deal on it.

Yes it has but the engine is new, that is why i want someone inspect it for me.
Because i want to make sure it is mechanically in good condition.

Wont knw how DCT would be? Cuz that has alota miles
Also did u ask them if they performed break in service at 1200 after engine was replaced?

I think so too.

I dont know about dct so ı need someone go there for me and do an little inspection and if it is possible take it to the shop for an real inspection.

I asked about it today.

Just need to learn it doesnt have any mechanical problem after engine is replaced and need to learn no accident&no paintwork.

No they are not.

I asked aftermarket warranty and they offered me 4154 usd for 2 years/24k miles.

If that report is accurate I wouldn't even bother. Engine replacement is touchy. There are so many use cars around why risk it with this out of warranty? I understand the price is low, but I think you are getting what you pay for plus a world of potential headaches. No warranty, major repairs, no bueno.

The front left fender is misaligned with the hood - unless this has been another accident, the hood has not been aligned well after the engine replacement and that tells you something about the quality of that job.. Zoom in on the full frontal pic to see that.

I understand what you mean, one of our forum member went to check it today and he told me that car is in good condition.
Runs and drives good. So i'm still thinking, we'll see what happens

solrac6262 went to check the car, he also did a little test drive and he told me he felt nothing wrong with the car.

I think he just did visual inspection and test drive.

I'll keep you posted about what happens.
