So does this mean that you won't be able to get one with 513 wheels anymore? Was the best looking wheel they offered for the car in my opinion. I'm still not convinced my TE37s look better, they just fit better. Otherwise I'd still be rocking them.

Wait? When you have no certainty about BMW corporate decisions? What if it was another individual color that had been released as standard? That's just gambling. Everyone that wanted an individual color and wasn't SMB would then never buy the M3/4?

Also, if you are in finance you may know about time value of money. Same applies to life...In the meantime, read an excellent book by a poker player titled "Thinking in Bets".

Great point. And yes, I'm afraid this will almost certainly be the case.

The same thing would apply to the non-adjustable suspension. It was previously available as a no-cost option, but not in conjunction with ZCP.

That being said, might it be possible to negotiate pricing of a pre-July ZCP-equipped model based on any potential drop in price that comes in conjunction with the July 2019 changeover to ZCP as standard equipment? Maybe. Although, based on your earlier posts, it sounds like they may have you over the proverbial barrel if you've indeed committed to a non-refundable deposit on your pre-July build.
Thanks. Yup. They got me. There was no way of knowing these "changes" were around the corner.

What I was referring to were what seems to be a "thousand" LCI's this generation F80's, so by the time the dust settles, the finished product. But you knew this......

In the press release I see the black seats with the red accent on them but on the configurator it doesn't have the option to choose those seats?

I ordered my second F82 (first was a 2015 delivered 8/14) in May with the ZCP. Should be delivered in July. I would expect that if the July BMW offers are for standard ZCP the discount should be extended to me. My salesman said they would do what they can depending on the offers available at delivery. This gives me hope that the no charge ZCP will be announced on 7/1 and extended to customers that take delivery starting in July. Thoughts?

Wishful thinking. I'm in your boat as my car is off the boat and should be at the Performance center for pickup in the next week or 2.

I'm not holding my breath for any "hookups" from my CA or BMW.

I don't think it's going to be a "No Charge ZCP". Base MSRP will most likely increase as a result, yet will probably be less than what the current Base with ZCP costs today....

BMW is currently extending a $5,750 credit to anyone willing to lease a 2019. The no charge ZCP is not that far from this value. In a week we will know what the July offer will be.

I'm ordering a US spec'd F83 for Euro delivery via the BMW Military Program. I asked to wait until July to place my order. Here is the response I received from the Dealer:

Nope, the Competition will not be standard on the M4 models in the US. This is a common question in the US due to the blog posts.

Best Regards,
Stefanie

Due to "blog posts"? Really?

No, Stefanie (or whoever is controlling her narrative) it is not due to "blog posts". Not even close.

It's actually due to official information that BMW AG published. It has nothing to do with internet rumor or whatever it is you think "blog posts" consist of. It has every bit to do with your parent company disseminating information that is picked up by enthusiasts who just want answers that BMW NA constantly fails to provide. If those answers are in contradiction to the way things will be working in the USA (and I'm not saying they are, because Stefanie could be full of it), then get your shit together and publish your own official documents with the correct info.

Does anyone have anything official?

At this point I'm just going to tell them to standby. The dealer is trying to hold the card of, "you need to order by 28 Jun to get a September build on me."

The big question for me is will my car be eligible for the "updated" pricing? My car is built and I'm taking delivery in July at the Performance Center. Obviously my build date was earlier then July but I'm not taking delivery until July.

A lower "Updated pricing" is just speculation so far.

Yes. But I'm sure there will be some sort of adjusted pricing. It is the last model year for the F82 after all.

I don't recall prices ever being adjusted down. They might offer more rebates and incentives, but lowering prices, I am not so sure. IMO, if a different combination of options do add up to a lower MSRP, they will argue that it was already covered by the incetives/rebates that were given.

I guess I'm assuming that they would lower the cost of the ZCP down a few grand. It's close to 5K in the US. I highly doubt that they are going to "tack on" and force people to get that package for an additional 5K to the MSRP.

BMW did offer "free" individual paint options for the final F80 model year.

I see what your saying. I guess better rebates and incentives would work for me as they would apply for all 2020 model year F82/3s
