Sharp Break Squeal at low speeds

I have started noticing a sharp break squeaking sound that comes when I am applying breaks at a low speed at a stop sign or a red light. It is very embarrassing to be in such a high performance beautiful looking car making such a loud sound while stopping at a red light.

The frequency of this occurrence is definitely lesser with my stock 666m wheels but it still occurs at times. It's very frequent with my winter wheels. My car is 18' F82 ZCP and is sitting at 32k miles. Should I go get it checked by the dealership or is there any other thing I can do to fix this issue e.g., bedding in procedure etc.

Thanks

It's kinda normal on Stock brake pads. I get it as well and my brake pads still have a lot of meat. It's the stock brake pad material which makes it squeak. If you want something quiet, get Akebonos or something with a softer compound..

My stock pads did that around that mileage. Get Akebonos, get them from FCPEuro. The low dust is worth it alone and they feel very close to OEM.

Have you tried an Italian tune-up lately? Sometimes when I just drive casually and light brake for an extended period it can develop some noise. Doing some hard stops and heating them up usually clears it up. Or you just wore them down and need to replace them. Are you they the original pads at 32k?

I replaced my pads at 60k ish and my stock pads only did that when dusty. I wash them once a week and not an issue. Switched to Hawk ceramic and get similar noise but grey dust instead of brown dust making my wheels look nice until I wash them.

It's probably not worn down as you would trip the brake pad wear sensor.
