That's pretty general. For instance, Lawyers can't really work across state lines unless they are registered in that state, assuming you need more than a sounding board.

Have no idea about your problem due to the lack of the details, so I'm not sure if the answer matches your request. But at least I hope that my experience would be helpful for you. Not so long ago, I needed to solve some legal issues. Luckily, my friend advised me a professional and experienced attorney who helped me. The issue wasn't directly related to the car itself. To tell the truth, my auto had been involved in an assault case. There's nothing pleasant, but everything's over now. Hope my feedback would help you with your problem. Wish you good luck.
