True, at partial throttle, it will not make much of a difference. However, under full load the engine will run suboptimal timing on 91 octane and make less power.

I use 93 and or 91 if I'm on another state, and on a RALLY is fun ass hell, matter fact, we shall plan an NYC/NJ/ to Florida/CA rally........ M Power Rally !!!

I reside in Canada, in addition to Shell and Petro Canada.......is Esso Supreme 91 or 93 good enough for the M engine? Thx

My baby 👶🏿 gets Shell V Power 100 oct. or even better Aral Altimate 102 oct. it is not all about the oct. it is also about the added additives for protection and cleanliness of the injection valves and very good marketing 😁

It's important not to confuse RON and AKI ratings posted at the pump in Europe and North America respectively.

Aral ultimate 102 RON = 95 AKI
Shell V-Power 100 RON = 94 AKI

If we could have such high quality fuels here, I would use the same
