[Need Help] Question about F82 M4 Wheel Sets

Hi, I have a F82 M4 and I want to have new set of winter wheels and tires. I just wondered if this set wheel will fit my M4? No carbon ceramic….
Especially THE ET…..

19x8.5 et35
19x9.5 et40

Should I run narrow set tire or originally set?….
Like…. F245&R265

Thanks

They should fit just fine. Take a look at the calculators on this site, https://www.fitmentindustries.com/ti...et-calculators . They're a company out of Wisconsin that posts a lot of yt videos about wheels, tires, and suspensions, in addition to having a quite a selection for sale.

According to them the fronts will have the same inner clearance and will be retracted (more inside/underneath the fender) by about 12mm. The rears will have 6mm more inner clearance and will retract by 6mm. Essentially they will fit fine, they will just be a bit more retracted.

Regarding tire sizes the general thinking is that narrower is better. Front 245 and rear 265 (even a rear 255) will fit your new wheel sizes. https://www.tyresizecalculator.com/t...dth-calculator . This said, often the choice of size has to do with what is available. Not all brands and models are available in all sizes. I bought my winters without doing much research and got stock sizes (255/275). I haven't been stuck yet even in 5-6in of wet snow (with trunk ballast). This said, for my next set I will likely go 255 square or 255/265, again depending on what is available in the brands I want.

Happy winter driving.
