great recap!
to save myself from going crazy, i've been keeping a google doc up to date with all the shenanigans that come with the wait.

quick question: how do you keep all the nonsense flickr code out with the images? is there a setting i need to change on the flickr site? or manually go through and delete the unnecessary stuff after pasting?

Thanks! In three words, "I LOVE IT!!!" Seriously, though, I'm in the process of writing a review on the car and will spend a lot of time covering the 6MT.

Bingo! I manually delete the code I don't want. However, I'm about to upload a ton of pics and about to try using Excel to do that...we'll see...

I gave my car a wash for the fist time this weekend and took some pics in its virgin-state. I still need to schedule a time to install the splitter and 9500ci. I also need to give my tint guy a call sooner than later. In any case, enjoy!

If photography isn't your career 3er it certainly could be. Fantastic photo shoot. I love it...Gorgeous shots, great use of 2.8 lens or whatever beast of a lens you were using. Admit I'm a bit partial to the subject however....

Lol, thanks! I can fully admit that it's the camera, not me (Fuji X-T1, kit lens, 56mm f1.2 prime lens). I learned it quite well while on vacation late last year, so I try to take advantage of it when I can. I'd like to get the 35mm f1.4 prime lens to pull off wider shots, but I'm taking one thing at a time

I just setup an appointment with BMW North Houston for the splitter and 9500ci install. I was hoping to stick around and watch the install, take photos, etc., but found that I'll have to drop the car off for a couple of days (splitter needs to sit overnight after installing). Fortunately, they're providing a loaner, so I wasn't too bummed.

Yeah, I'll be installing the BAVSOUND speakers myself at some point.
