I've been chatting with Dan and he's a stand up guy! Locking in an x5 through him currently. The process has been great, I wish I had done this for my M3.

Is it unrealistic to assume 10 to 12% discount on new 2021 M3 and M4 inventory? I am sure dealers will want to hold MSRP on new G80 cars. Please no comments on how ugly the grill is, save it for other posts

It will depend on how many each dealer is given, but I doubt 10-12% is possible. Maybe 7-9%...still under invoice but not a giveaway

I will take 9%... will be in touch then. Do you work deals for someone financing. I usually put 20% down and keep cars for a while.

At .9% save your down payment. You can make more than a .9% return on your money...

M4 CS 17%

M4 base 10%

M340i 9%

super low inventory so YMMV

The M340 you can custom order and get at 9% all day if you don't see one in-stock

I'm trying to buy someone else lease out. Is it possible for my credit union to do the deal directly with BMWFS instead of paying the guy and having him pay it off then trasnfer the title to my CU? I'm hearing different things.
Thanks for any help.

If the current lessee purchases the car, they will need to pay sales tax on it as well. Then you also pay sales tax on the car when you register it.

The best way to do it is to have a dealer broker the deal for like $500. They buy the car from BMW, then "sell" it to you. That way only you pay tax and the current lessee wouldn't pay any tax as it would be considered a sale to the car dealer on their end of things

If there is still time left in the lease to be able to transfer it, assume the lease first then buy the car out. Or better yet call bmw And ask them directly. Don't see any reason why they wouldn't want to help you with a quick sale.
