OEM is connected from exhaust tips to downpipes by default. To add any system w/o a mid pipe you will need to cut the stock setup.

The more I follow this thread the more I like this exhaust, i really think we have a winner here. Not that I'm comparing but this exhaust has some similarities to my PE exhaust on my n54, I don't have the secondary cats so it's a little louder. But if the sound can get close to it, this Will be the exhaust I'm going with on the m3.

Wondering if this mid pipe will be compatible with stock muffler. I assume it will be with cutting.

Nice design, interested to see how the single pipe affects sound

Thankfully, by the time my car gets here, there will be a few other options available. I think this just edges out the MPE on sound. The pricing will determine which way I go.
