How Screwed Am I?

So, I bought these tail lights from GLISTuning and I cannot get these stupid harnesses to separate! The stock ones came out no problem, but after realizing these didn't fit and looked terrible, I decided to pull them.

Any ideas? I've tried everything I can think of. I'd rather not cut the harnesses out of the car.

EDIT: I went ahead and ordered a whole new trunk lid harness which will include both of these plugs. Lesson learned to not use untrusted brands! 😠

Wow that doesn't look good, always look for reviews when buying stuff like this.
