Water dripping on rear quarter after wash

How do you dry off that annoying area above the rear wheels where water always drips from? That plastic piece around the door always seems to accumulate water and once you drive off water will reappear and cause a streak mark.

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but i'm not sure what to search for. I can add a pic next time I wash. Short of bringing a blow dryer I dont know how to make this go away.

Get a blower and blast the water out.

Do like the rest of us crazies do and get the leaf blower out, gas powered preferred for maximum neighborhood horror and evil stares.
