Embedded YouTube videos will not play in Bimmerpost app

On Android I see the following once I click to watch a video in an embedded window. This has been an issue for a while. Running latest Android 16 on Galaxy S25U. Clearing cache and data doesn't resolve. Neither does uninstall and reinstall of app.

They don't work on 2 of my ~4 desktop browser setups either.

I kind of think my issue is due to YouTube cookies that I can't fully enable.

I suspect that because the embedded YouTube videos on www.sr20-forum.com use the "youtube-nocookie" YouTube URL and work perfectly for me on all browsers I deal with. For example.
I would love if the forum switched to the no cookie URL regardless of if it solves any major issue.

claykin it would be interesting if you let us know if the example linked above works for you...
