Changing states is probably going to be more trouble than it's worth. Some make you show proof of residency, title, registration changes, yada, yada.. It's definitely going to be easier to "find a guy" that will pass it as suggested above. Other option is to of course make adjustments as necessary so it passes.. More expensive, sure, but you won't have the issue again in a year. Do you know why it won't pass?

Does it matter that I’m running single bank O2 sensors on MHD?

Move to Florida. We stopped doing inspections in 2000.

Try adding a defouler to the rear 02 sensor, the spacer moves the sensor up from the exhaust flow, it's worth a try. I can't remember if it's an M14 or M18.
