Who loves their insurance carrier?

I used to have AIG which was great, but they didn't have online payments, I had to mail in a check monthly...so I got rid of that. Then I went to USAA for my auto insurance, but TBH, they suck, they're so f-ing cheap, and bc they're huge they don't really give a F about their customers...they also got me blacklisted from Enterprise (and therefore, Alamo, National, etc).

Does anyone have insurance that they have had a good experience with and no issues?

Had esurance for a number of years with no complaints. Moved states a year ago, so had to switch. Ended up moving to Allstate and it's been good so far.

Esurance, worked online /direct. Allstate, I use a local agent office and have car/home bundled. Customer service has been good.

Been using Geico for a few years after switching from Allstate.

Currently have my X5 and M3 on the same policy. No issues whatsoever. Had the E90 on it also.

GEICO all the way.

I have 6 cars with them and 2 sport bikes. They always pay out without any fuss. For example, the rear door of our X1 got a small dent so I reported it… brought the car to BMW for repair and the bill came up to $11k+ (new back door) and they paid it without issue. In fact, my 6 month premium has decreased by $79, since that happened last year.

I almost feel like I'm doing a commercial for them lol. But it's just that my experience has been awesome. Progressive was good too - my wife had them for a Mazda but they're pricey.

Welllllp apparently the toll of living in the city has come due as I have had 1 too many claims to qualify for Geico…anyone have a carrier that will accept 5 claims over past 5 years?
