Just an FYI, some folks here had rubbing issues with 275 PS4S up front on the stock 20s while others did not. This is in regards to F80s only.

I was planning on going 275 fronts but am now hesitant. Seems hit or miss wrt rubbing.

Will a 265/295 setup work fine with a M3 or should I just stick with 285 rear?

Any issues with this setup with TC, MDM? Or does it really improve traction where Tc and mdm isn’t much of an issue anymore?

much better in the wet, which i've had a lot of recently this summer. can't really tell a huge difference in dry, but then again i haven't done any track days with them yet. strictly street speaking, can't tell a whole lot

I know the 275/30/20 front and 295/30/20 rear 4s work but I want more sidewall in front. Front diameter goes up from 26.3 stock, 26.5 for 275/30 to 27.3 265/35 but we have big factory front wheel gap. Rear 295/30 is 27.0 diameter.

This is same tire size as 2018 E63S AMG. Think it will clear and give 666m a more substantial sidewall. Stock front is a rubber band.
@Brix what did you end up with?

So can we run 275/30/20 up front with 295/30/20 in back on 4S tires. Also use 12mm spacer all around. Is this possible.

I ended up grabbing a new 18 in Grigio Telesto.

So, back on 265/285s for now. However, I'm pretty much sold on 275/30/20f 295/30/20r 4s for next set

Question: What spacer size will fit without rubbing in the front (275/30) and rear(295/30)? Car lowered on eibach springs. I just brought the wheels and now buying tires. I am planning on purchasing spaces but confused on which size.

I'm working out how to put a 35 on front 666

Think I've worked it out

255/35/20 front = 27" diameter
295/30/20 rear = 27" diameter

However 295 on 20x10 666 is too much sidewall and gives the ballon look imo, especially compared to 255 front

So id run the 295 MO spec which is slightly narrower for merc/amg fit

I am lowered on eibach pros V1 which is a 0.7inch moderate drop in the front. Running 15MM spacers front and 12MM back.

Thinking of going 265 35 20 F and 295 30 20 R. Main reason is to narrow that front wheel gap a little more.

Will the fronts rub?

265/35 will not work at all, doesn't matter what wheels or offsets.
I ran 255/35 and the wheel is already huge.

in light snow does the wider tires have better traction?

slightly off topic ask, did ride quality got better when switching to 295 in the rear? love the 20inch look but can definitely feel the difference compare to the 19s

I have KW V3's and 295's in the rear. I had 10mm Spacers but removed them. I could probably go 5mm and it would be fine but right now it looks great without them.
