dirty water spots

I just got my car back from getting some work done. It’s been ceramic coated for less than a year, but I usually always garage park so I haven’t seen it with some dirt that was rained on. Dirt water beading spots. Will I be ok if I wait about a week to wash the car? Pressure soap wash and microfiber mit is what I do. Then leaf blower to dry. Could leaving the rained on and dirt ruin the coating in any way or leave permanent damage to the coating?

Apologies if I sound overly cautious. :-)

If it were to leave hard water spots after the wash I recommend using GTechniq water spot remover. I had to use this on my car and it worked great plus they claim no harm to ceramic coating. After using this I applied griots 3in1 as a top coat.

I used that exact spot remover and it didn’t get some spots off. You can see the outline of spots on the trunk even after letting it soak on there and trying to really get it out.

Kind of bummed I might need to get the car polished again. But oh well… planned to PPF and coat the roof and back half of the car some time anyway.

Just buy a CR Spotless to hook up to your pressure washer. If mine gets rained on, I just BH Auto Foam and rinse it with DI water. Takes 5 minutes.

With all of that legwork, imo just get a rupes Bigfoot or an equivalent RO for spot repairs. That and a white/finshing pad should pull out the water spots.

Worried I’ll just replace the water spots with swirls/marrimg. I don’t even really notice them anymore, but I’m probably just going to polish the whole back side of the car and PPF/ceramic coat it.

I would just pay a professional and get a stage 1 paint correction done and seal the whole car in PPF in LLumar Valor or Suntek Reaction. It has tetrashield which is a coating with properties similar to ceramic coating, but I have Llumar Platinum for 4.5 years and whatever they have in the top coat is still super shiny and slick.
