Question about pull ahead deal
BMW NA called me today and asked if I would be interested in a pull ahead deal. (i.e., turn car in now, order new car; current lease doesn't expire until Feb or Mar of next year).
I really didn't have a chance to talk because I was at work, in between appointments, and running late. She said she will have some local dealers contact me. So anyway, is it as easy as just turn the car in, no penalty whatsoever, no extra payments, no nothing, and I can negotiate the best possible price, or are there strings attached???? Honestly, when it comes to buying a new car, I'm about as patient as anyone I ever met. I have no problem waiting until Dec or Jan to order, but if there aren't any strings attached, then I'd definitely be interested. |

Yes, usually you negotiate as you would without your trade and just terminate your existing lease early with no penalties. I have done it many times.

I will say this was a dealership I ultimately ended up not working with, but if it was eligible I'll be pissed cuz I'm losing about $2500 on lease trade in lol.

PM me with the details of the person you spoke with. I want to pull ahead my lease, and would love to take advantage of what the BMW NA person discussed with you!

Pull aheas program does not apply to "ordering" car, the new contract must be signed to take an advantage of this program
You can order your car now and if it gets here within that 6 months mark of the program then you can turn in ur current car early part of this program Can i ask what kind of car you have that was offered with pull ahead program? Yr/model? |

We did this for my wife's new m235 in January. She had a 135 vert and I just kept calling dealerships to see if this program existed at the time and finally one came up. Best program, we were out of her lease 6 months early with a brand new car.
Never needed to speak with BMW NA, I just kept on top of calling my SA checking the availability of a pull ahead. |
