Any information on why you chose the AIC instead of the other options (JB4, etc...)

From my reading it seems that one has the least amount of safeguards so I'm curious on your thoughts for that. I'll probably do PI or maybe upgrade the DI as some point here so I'd love to hear from those that have already done the hard learning!

What kind of 1/4 mile times are you expecting? I'd guesstimate high 8's?? Assuming this is a half and quarter mile build, because otherwise this wouldn't make any sense! Lol

There is no specific reason why i chose the AIC over other options currently available. I do not had a JB4. There wasn't that many choices when i built everything compared to now. My build is a little dated/ancient. There was not nearly as much options now compared to when i started everything. There are definitely better products now that i would’ve gotten if it was available at the time i did everything.

1/4mi i assume a low 9. 8's would be great but it would take some weight reduction probably. I'd most likely trap >170mph in the 1/2mi

For daily driving, it can put the power down easily since i run a tune with less power. As long as my tires aren't stone cold and the roads aren't wet then i have no issues. I just need a good bit of room infront of me to really get on the pedal. 3rd gear is reduced a lot and 4th slightly. 5th gear is where all the power is and the turbos really shine.

The turbos have been holding up. Nothing discerning so far.

Again, i'd like to thank everyone for the kind words. More to come soon.

Reduced by torque reduction or is there a boost by rpm feature avaiable on the bm3?

How does 1-2 nd gear feel with im guessing 100% torque reduction? Is that the most you can reduce?

Such an awesome build! It's great to see someone as passionate as you are about the cars performance.

I have everything reduced by RPM via BM3. My tuner Paul Johnson does it on the backend side. I do not know exactly how much 1st and 2nd gear is reduced but it is not 100%.

There are some cosmetic mods being done and of course more performance gains in progress. I believe this will be the last round of mods

Quick update: I am replacing the OEM rod bearings with King Bearings as a preventative measure. The OEM rod bearings are very well made. When i pulled mines, they were still in working condition but since it was already out, i went ahead and upgraded them.

I have a titanium exhaust on the way for weight reduction and a new exhaust tone. I will post pictures and sound clips of it once installed.

I also purchased some 18" wheels and i will be dailying it with Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S in the rear. This should help with traction tremendously.

On a side note, polls for Performance BMW's Car of the Year is open. Please vote for me!

How were you able to purchase the Stage 4 LPFP package with an EoS intake manifold? Did you have to buy the full Fuel-it Stage 4 package in order to get the upgraded fuel lines and LPFP?

I purchased my Fuel-It kit and EOS Intake Manifold separately. I’m sure Steve at Fuel-It can put together a custom order for you. Mike at EOS is a pleasure to work with as well and is very knowledgable.

I had to run some custom fuel lines to make them compatible with each other too.

Thanks! I would reach out, but I've read stories where an order for the Stage 4 package was cancelled, because the customer lied about already having the Fuel-it PI spacer, which subtracts around $1000 for the order.

Their website also seem to indicate they're not willing to sell the LPFP separately. Hence, the reason I asked how you managed to get both.

Care to elaborate on what needed to be customized on the fuel lines in order for both products to work? was it mainly with the end fittings?

Thanks again! Such an amazing build!
