Decode the last line of text in the original post with a base64 decoder. That will lead you to a link for a mega download link. Base64decode.org is what I use. I did it this way to reduce the chance of it getting removed.

This is legit. There is an instruction file in the rar which will guide you through how to do it. Some antivirus may interfere with installation so you'd have to disable it if that is the case. However, you can turn it back on right after installation is complete.

I only have one file when i download called win7 ista patch am i missing something?

You should have downloaded a single ".rar" file labeled ISTA 4.32.1. there should have been a few files in there which you need to extract. During this step is usually when antivirus can interfere.

Yes. Turn off antivirus and extract. Then install. After it's installed you can turn your antivirus back on
