If I wasn't stuck in my M2 comp purchase I would of already applied and handed the $1,000 to you in cash

Are you stateside, I thought you were overseas? Do you still have your CS, or are you searching?

Not to jack the OP's 3rd post (did he just join this month to post?)
But I'm getting a slight itch to unload my SMB $721 CS lease, and if I could make a few bucks all the better. I just can't find anything to replace it with...

Kief,

I'm back stateside. My deployment got cut short because I will be having surgery on my hip in 2 weeks. All due to the accident that totaled my SMB CS . I will be looking for another CS once my recovery is complete and I'm able to drive again (roughy 2months). I have been keeping an eye on what's out there and yours is on top of the list. Right now I'm just taking easy.

Pm me what kind of down payment you will be looking for. I was curious too as to why OP just joined. As for what's out there to replace the CS I can't think of anything either :

You must have missed my post in the CS thread, see attachment.

Truth of the matter, no I don't really think anyone is willing to give my $5k to take over my $721 SMB M3CS lease, but I don't really have my heart on anything else at the moment, so I would need some type of heavy cash incentive to me to unload this. I've actually had a few PM me, but once I showed them the screenshot, there's nothing but crickets!

If this helps in any kind of way, I had a $5K offer to take over the $712/month payment on my M4CS. Local and a current BMW owner, so would've been an easy, smooth transfer. I turned it down because to your point, There's nothing out there at this moment that I would want to replace it with. I seriously thought that if someone offered me $5K, it would be a no brainer. Very different feeling when it actually happened. Damn I love my CS!

Haha well being your F8X, I can see why it would be a no brainer for you. This is my 2nd F82, and as appealing as the $5K sounded there's just nothing out there to replace it with that truly interests me. (Although the Supra is growing on me)

So three members reached out to me yesterday..."definitely interested," "i want it," "i'm local," but once the rubber hit the road in regards to the monies due, they went radio silent!

Everyone is interested until it's time to pay. Or you'll get the, "If only you posted this 2 weeks ago I would've been all over it!"

Totally understandable, meaning who wants to pay $5k to simply take over a lease on a 2-3 year old car? Not many I suppose. Hell even the no deposit lease transfers are sitting along with everything else.

Seems the entire F8x market has dried up with very little demand for cars or aftermarket parts.

Quite frankly, why would anyone pay the seller an incentive to take over their lease?!? Now, I'm not referring to MSD, which we all know the buyer would receive back directly from BMWFS. If interested folks don't have monies they can easily allocate to MSD for a few months, then honestly, they should check over their entire finances.

Clearly, I'm just throwing out my CS offer for sh!ts and giggles. Like I said before, for the little I'm paying, there isn't anything currently I would even remotely be interested in replacing my CS with.

I don't follow then, is the $5k you are asking for MSDs or simply a down payment? If its MSD that is totally understandable and I am not arguing against that, its the latter I would never do.
