19" ispiri FFR1 flow formed on mineral white M4

So after lots of deliberation I've bought some new wheels for my m4. This all started after buying oem size winter tyres then realising that the uk weather is unpredictable I wanted another set of wheels so I could swop summer and winter tyres myself without the logistical issues of taking tyres to a shop and paying fitting costs etc.

Ideally I would have gone with 20" for summer wheels but I have a brand new set of 255/275 19" mpss that I didn't want to waste.

So the search was on for a decent looking set of 19" that I can fit the mpss to and use the 437m wheels for winter service.
After test fitting LOADS of wheels it became apparent that not many fit, mainly because of the heat shield over the front brakes.

As a rule of thumb any wheel with a lip/step in the barrel won't fit, there may be exceptions but it's a point worth noting.

I also didn't want to break the bank on a forged set so options were further limited.

I'm quite pleased with the result and as anticipated the -3C weather of 3 weeks ago when I fitted winters has now turned to +14C so I've just put the new wheels with mpss back on.

I'll take some better pictures at another time but here's a few I took after fitting.

Size is 9x19 et20 and 10x19 et25 carbon graphite finish

And yes it needs lowering, that may follow in the spring

these wheels have around 15K miles on them now - still spotless and no issues at all. nice flush fit without needing spacers.

Updating this thread with more pictures now the car has been lowered etc. Still really pleased with these wheels. No hesitation in recommending them.

Speak to Jon nye at wheeltraders. Say you were given his number by James Flexton and he will look after you.

www.wheeltraders.co.uk

They don't usually sell them but he can order literally anything at a good price. He got mine over from the manufacturer in Ireland within around 5 days

Hi jim, sick ride!

Really loved the lowered suspension look and with those wheels, amazing!

Are those 19" rims ?

How much did you lower your car for the front and back?

Do you know the ground clearance measurement from the front lip splitter to the ground?

Hi and thanks.

The springs are h&r sport (35mm drop front and back I think.) not sure of clearance as sold the car now and have a zcp m4.

I used to clip speed bumps with that set up. I e got eibach pro kit on the new car which is a 20mm drop. Much better and I don't clip the lip any more. Handles better as well as H&r were a bit bouncy at the rear.

The green one is the eibach setup

Very nice !
Have you considered spacers to get that flush look on your wheels?

Yea 20mm should be decent on ramps and humps.

The green one has spacers. The white one doesn't need them as the offset on the ispiri wheels is more aggressive and sit flush without spacers.

15 front and 12 rear.

Many ways to do it but that gives flush fit front and rear
