It's ususally the wheel size (e.g 9Jx19) or similar on one of the spokes and ET is on a different spoke (usually). |

If I'm not mistaken, I think that wheel manufacturers are bound by EU legislation to have ET and wheel size visible on the wheel. Usually on the backside of the spokes, but also as was seen in your picture (which means the wheel has to come off to see it). |

Offsets are likely going to be +35-38 fronts and +20-23 rears. Tire sizes probably 245/265.

So 18x10 might work up front but it'll need a roll if you want to get concavity or dish at around +20. With a conservative offset, you can fit 10" up front for sure. IIRC Germany still has rules regarding chain clearance for wheel fitment. So we always have a healthy amount of room inside a BMW fender. If that's still true.

He didn't mention tires though... He was annoyed if his HRE P40S wheels that he had sold actually would fit a F82... |

No, the widths quoted is for 18"
http://www.bmw.de/de/neufahrzeuge/M/...che-daten.html Also, the 255/275 sizes can be seen on the show car pictures, both on 19" and 18" equipped cars. |

Yes, you are right. I was so hung up on the brakes, didn't notice that it also was on 19" wheels... But I guess there really isn't any confusion on the 18" size tires anyway, as they are listed on BMW tech spec. |
