Hey everyone!
So pretty recently, I installed the ///M Competition exhaust, along with the aPe down pipes on my s55 f82, and was thinking about taking it a step further. One of my CS buddies recommended RaceChip, and I was thinking about doing the 84+ hrspower option along with the XLR control switch. (https://www.racechip.us/shop/bmw/m4-...-400lb-ft.html)

So my real question is this: 1) is the RaceChip even worth it? and 2) is there anything I should be concerned about on the s55 that could fail because of the race chip? I was thinking that the plastic charge pipes should be replaced with something more durable like VRSF's charge pipes, but I'm not sure if there are any other companies that might be better. I was also thinking of doing an air intake for shits and giggles, but I don't wanna pull the trigger on that yet. My reference: (

RaceChip is like the BMS Stage1. It's OK for 30-40hp but for real gains without risks of flashing get a JB4.

We offer Race Chip products, their tunes are very reliable and provide good power.

As mentioned above, there are other tunes which gives you more value for the same price (Bms stage 1, Jb4 or Bootmod3)

Either way, i strongly recommend you upgrade the charge pipe when adding any tune
